My pastel paintings are generally unframed and without a mat.  This enables you, the purchaser to make your own decisions on what colours and designs work for you!  Although my work is more limited in this field I do enjoy the challenge of pastels and intend to continue using pastels not only in pure pastel paintings but also as an addition to my watercolour work.

It also enables me to sell my pastels at a more affordable price which benefits not only myself but also you as the purchaser.  It reduces the cost of postage and handling which can increase the price significantly.
